No. The AI Adoption Assessment reviews your entire operation over 2 to 3 weeks. The consultation gets into one specific problem in one hour.
What do I need to prepare?

Just the short form when you book. If you have examples of your work, the tool you use or the quote you received, have them ready: the hour goes further.
What do I get after the session?

Written feedback on your situation, within 48 hours after we receive the information we requested: what is happening, what makes sense to do and what to leave alone for now. It is not a template; it is built from what we discussed.
Does it work if I work on my own?

Yes. The consultation is for people and businesses that provide services, whether you work alone or with a team.
How do I pay?

In advance, in US dollars, through OnvoPay. The price you see is the price you pay; in Costa Rica it already includes VAT (IVA).
Why do you record?

So the feedback comes from what you said. Recording is part of the consultation: you authorize it when booking. We also use it, without identifying you, to better understand the problems of service businesses.
Can I reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule once, with at least 24 hours of notice. If you cannot attend, cancel with at least 24 hours of notice and request a refund. If you do not show up, there is no refund.

Terms and conditions
What is included. One 60-minute session on Google Meet and written feedback on your situation. Feedback arrives within 48 hours after we receive the information requested during the session. You have 7 days to send it; after that, we prepare the feedback using what we discussed.
What is not included. The consultation is not an assessment, training or implementation. The feedback gives you judgment and recommendations for your situation; the decisions and their results are yours.
Price and payment. The price is in US dollars (USD) and is paid in advance through OnvoPay. For clients in Costa Rica, the price already includes VAT (IVA). You are charged the price in effect when you pay, including any discount active at that time.
Rescheduling. You can reschedule once, with at least 24 hours of notice.
Cancellation and refund. If you cannot attend, cancel with at least 24 hours of notice and request a refund. It is returned to the same payment method; processing time depends on OnvoPay and your bank. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice or do not show up, there is no refund. If VegasiO cancels or a technical failure prevents the session, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Recording and consent. Recording is part of the consultation and is authorized when booking. We use it to prepare your feedback, supported by AI tools that do not train on your data. In addition, without identifying you, it helps us better understand the problems of service businesses. The recording is deleted 30 days after the feedback is delivered.
What you share with us. We treat your information as confidential and use it only for your consultation. Avoid sending unnecessary personal data about third parties. You can exercise your rights of access, correction and deletion under our Privacy Policy.
