Operator and acceptance
These terms form an agreement with 3-102-961689 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA (legal entity ID 3-102-961689), domiciled in San José, Santa Ana, Uruca, Costa Rica. VegasiO is the trade name under which we operate the website and application. By using them, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy; if you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Age and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old. You may use the website for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to compromise its security, automate abusive submissions, access another person’s account, infringe third-party rights, or use results for illegal or high-risk activities without appropriate professional review.
Professional services
We may offer the following professional services:
- AI Adoption Assessment.
- AI Training.
- AI Implementation, including pilots and custom development when agreed.
Scope, deliverables, price, taxes, duration, responsibilities, ownership of developments, and payment terms are established in a specific proposal or contract. If there is a conflict, that document controls the contracted service while these terms continue to govern website use.
Free resources
Discovery web, the initial advisory call, the community, and educational content may be offered free of charge. Discovery qualifies needs and prepares a commercial conversation; it is not a maturity diagnostic, audit, or promise of acceptance, availability, or results.
Accounts and client portal
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us about unauthorized access. Project access depends on a valid membership and may not be shared with unauthorized people. We may suspend or close accounts to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach.
Community and user content
Act respectfully and do not post spam or illegal, deceptive, confidential, or infringing content. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts. You retain ownership of what you post and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, revocable by deleting the content, to host, reproduce, and display it only to operate and moderate the community. Some anonymized copies may remain to preserve conversation integrity.
Artificial intelligence and decisions
Discovery and other features may use artificial intelligence to summarize context or suggest a route. Results may be incomplete or incorrect, are informational, and do not constitute legal, financial, employment, medical, or professional advice. You must apply human review before making decisions. No automated result by itself creates a contract or a right to receive a service.
Intellectual property
Except for user content or materials identified as belonging to third parties, the website content, design, software, and materials belong to 3-102-961689 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA or are used under license. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the website under these terms.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The website, community, and free resources are provided as available and “as is.” We do not guarantee continuity, accuracy, or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the entity is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or decisions based solely on free or automated content. Nothing limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and external services
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Optional use of Google Sign-In, Calendar, Meet, or other external services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The current version is published with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and disputes will be submitted to its competent courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise. For questions, email [email protected].
